XLFX are a private company,
independent of any other company in the pyrotechnics industry, soon to be manufacturing
from a new site in North Pickenham, Swaffham, Norfolk, with a sales and accounts office
located in London.
Our policy is to develop the most up to date pyrotechnics, controllers and hardware available and so bring the pyrotechnics industry into the 21st Century in line with other sectors of the entertainment industry ........... and that's just the beginning! When you purchase any XLFX product you will know that it has been carefully developed and tested prior to being released onto the market, ensuring there will be no compromise with safety or reliability. Customers will soon notice that XLFX do not go for 'second best' in this area. Our Norfolk facility is currently being constructed from a 'green field' site and is fully licensed under current UK Explosives manufacturing legislation. In addition, all hardware, firing systems and electronics will be manufactured in a 5000 sq. ft. purpose built factory. The site has been laid out to our own specifications and will contain equipment and machinery purpose built. A 400 ton press is one of the largest pyrotechnic presses of its type in the world and the custom designed controls are linked to provide the ultimate in process control, again and again. Finally our 'proofing ground' will allow for regular batch testing to ensure that our pyrotechnics perform uniformly, time after time. Our pledge is to offer a 'customer
friendly' outlook and first class after sales & service policy. Customers will
notice the difference from what they have been used to ............ it's time
for a change!
Sales and Accounts...Our London offices will handle all product enquiries, orders and invoicing. Customers will be able to order via phone, fax or e-mail and it will also be possible to collect orders personally (subject to approval). XLFX is in the process of setting up a network of UK and overseas distributors ensuring that the complete product range is available to all customers, wherever they are operating.
